The solid commitment to sustainability in Tempco begins first and foremost inside our own company, with a series of initiatives launched over the years with the aim of reducing our carbon footprint as much as possible.
A photovoltaic system with a capacity of 20 KW, installed over 10 years ago on the roof of our headquarters inside the Brianza Technology Center in Desio, provides renewable energy to fuel our energy needs.

We have also launched a paperless strategy with the digitization and dematerialisation of internal documentation, eliminating the use of paper thanks to the use of electronic formats, from orders and up to the design steps. The paper from the deleted archives was reused watching at the principles of circular economy, distributed to a farm which reused it as hypoallergenic bedding for horses with hay sensitivity problems.
Finally, starting from 2020 we have adopted LED lamps in all lighting systems within our facilities, from the offices to the workshop and up to the warehouse.
