Green consciousness and awareness in Tempco are also expressed in the offering of products and technologies, according to a mission inspired by sustainability and circularity which is native in our DNA and which today becomes a mandatory directive, developing on multiple aspects and operational areas.

Starting with the NEW R SERIES PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS for application in the refrigeration sector, which reduce the use of refrigerant gases thanks to reduced internal volumes; and up to their complete elimination thanks to innovative solutions that exploit CO2 as a refrigerant fluid, possible thanks to new exchangers for high pressures and high performances with low environmental impact.

Innovative construction technologies are the basis of the NEW PCHE PRINTED CIRCUIT HEAT EXCHANGERS, which thanks to their diffusion bonding construction technique are able to work in extreme pressure and temperature conditions, as required by emerging solutions that exploit renewable sources, from hydrogen in fuel cells to CO2 for innovative green refrigeration systems.

Sustainability therefore also means ergonomics, so in Tempco’s BRAZED PLATE EXCHANGERS we have adopted folded lower edges to allow operators to handle the exchangers safely.
An attention that also has a return in green terms, since it allows at the same time to eliminate the rubber protection that was previously used.

In our TREGHCE TEMPERATURE CONTROL UNITS, the contactors have been almost completely replaced by static relays, achieving lower energy consumption combined with more precise and refined temperature control.

To further foster optimization of consumption, we also strongly push the use of thyristors instead of static relays, to allow modulating and more flexible consumption of power based on real process needs.

This is combined with the now almost widespread use of EC motors with electronic speed control, pursuing the objective of decreasing energy consumption and improving the general equipment efficiency in the plants.
