New hydrogen applications require particular heat exchanger technologies, able to withstand very high pressures and to operate in a wide temperature range. In fact, hydrogen, a crucial resource for the sustainable future of energy, is treated at very low temperatures and very high pressure for its storage. Ideal for hydrogen applications are therefore PCHE printed circuit exchangers, and the brazed plate ones also used for CO2, capable of withstanding working pressures of up to 140 bar.
